1. Return Policy

At Kyxrelynauaph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The return must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been personalized or customized
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@kyxrelynauaph.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all original accessories and documentation
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation, using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • An error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
  • A damaged item received
  • A product that does not match the description

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6.1 Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

6.2 Refund Timeline

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at contact@kyxrelynauaph.world. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the item you wish to exchange is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@kyxrelynauaph.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

11. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

12. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Refund Policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kyxrelynauaph.world with your order number.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer, you have certain legal rights regarding defective products and services, which are not affected by this policy.
